Monthly meetings “The public is invited to attend”
• 1st Monday every month - Clark County Park District (CCPD) Board meeting at 6:30 PM at the Davidson Interpretive Center (DIC).
• 1st Wednesday every month - George Rogers Clark Heritage Association (GRCHA) membership meeting at 7:00 PM at the Gathering House.
• 1st Thursday every month - Springfield Dulcimer Club with free lessons 6:15-7:00 PM followed by jam session 7:00-9:00 PM at the DIC. The public is invited to attend and join in on the fun.
• 3rd Monday every month - Friends of the CCPD meeting at 7:30 PM at the DIC. The public is invited to attend and join the support of the CCPD.
• 3rd Thursday quarterly (Jan-Apr-Jul-Oct) - First Mad River Light Artillery (FMRLA) membership meeting at 7:00 PM at the Gathering House.
• 4th Thursday every month - Hertzler House Museum Committee meeting at 6:30 PM at the Hertzler House Museum.

Weekly activities
• Every Thursday year around - Adult Walk at 9:00 AM. Meet at the parking lot below the dam.

May
• Spring at New Boston - 1st weekend by GRCHA.
• Fishing Derby – Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon by FCCPD.

July
• Old Fashioned 4th – July 4th games at 2:00 PM by FCCPD.

August
• Battle of Peckuwe Commemoration – nearest Saturday to August 8 by FMRLA

September
• The Fair at New Boston – Labor Day weekend (Saturday & Sunday) by GRCHA.
• Paw Paw Moon Pow Wow - Canceled for 2010

November
• Fall Camp – 1st weekend Nov. 7 & 8, by FMRLA & GRCHA.
